National Dairy Products - Magnavox Radio Phonograph
for item Ad146
This is an advertisement from August, 1944, for National Dairy Products Corporation. The ad shows a soldier relaxing at the Air Forces Redistribution Station where he is trying to relax and, momentarily, forget about the war. It goes on to say how much soldier miss the abundance of milk and other dairy products when they are away from the U. S. fighting the war.
The reverse side features advertising for Magnavox Radio Phonograph – The choice of great artists. The picture is one of a series of incidents in the lives of immortal composers, painted for the Magnavox collection by Walter Richards.
The page measures 6 7/8" x 10". It is in good condition and ready for matting and framing - no rips or tears other than the binding edge where the page was removed from the binding staples. There is one very light water mark on the upper edge in the margin which has left a few light ripples. The page could also be laminated so both sides can be enjoyed.
