This is a cover from Time Magazine dated July 14, 1986.
The headline reads, "Hail, Liberty! A Birthday Party Album." The cover features the Statue of Liberty amid the 4th of July fireworks. Lady Liberty was celebrating her 100th birthday. Though her birthday was not until October, 1986, the celebration was scheduled to take place during the July 4th holiday.
The cover is in very good condition with some minor wear to the edges and corners.
