This is a most helpful book that I’m sure most of us could have used at one time or another. The title is "Substituting Ingredients" by Becky Sue Epstein and Hilary Dole Klein. "Out of something? Look it up here!" state the cover.

You’ll find substitutions for a wide range of ingredients including dairy products, herbs, spices, vegetables, and many more. A measurement equivalents guide is included.
This book could be very useful to even the seasoned cook!
The book is in excellent condition – inside and out. There is minor wear to the edges and corners of the cover. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. The book has 127 pages including the indexes.
