Ever wonder what happened to your 1969 high school annual from Lewisville, Texas, high school? You are luck as this item is one-in-the same. The annual is titled "The Farmer."
The annual begins with a picture of the high school. The 1969 annual was dedicated to Mr. William Brady, band director of the high school.
Perhaps one of your favorite teachers was math teacher, Judy Beauford; agriculture, Chester Boyd; science, James Brothers; or English, Glenda Fordham.
Dana Bolin and Lynette Sigler were voted "Boy and Girl Most Likely to Succeed." Did they make it?
The back pages of the book are from businesses that sponsored the annual. Some of the businesses listed include Jerry’s Orchid Cleaners, L & L Western Store, King’s Drug, Moseley’s Sinclair, Anderson Plumbing Company, Lewisville Feed Mill, Heath’s Washateria, Lewisville National Bank, and more. How many of these businesses are still around?
The book includes not only the senior class of 1969, but also, the junior class, sophomore class and freshman class.
The annual is in perfect condition – inside and out. Someone has taken very good care of it as it looks like it just came from the printing company. There is a name written at the top of the page showing the high school picture. Other than that, the pages are "like new" clean!
