This is a groovy set that consists of a coffee cup and ashtray. These items have the 1970’s written all over them.
Both items are milk white with an orange background covered in yellow and white daisies. The cup is 3 1/4" high and the top opening is just shy of 3" wide. The bottom portion of the cup has vertical ridges around it. The handle is shaped looks like the top half of a heart. The cup is in excellent condition. There are no cracks. There is one spot on the bottom edge that looks like a chip, however, it has been glazed over so is probably a factory error. The bottom is marked "Japan."
The ashtray is in excellent condition – no chips or cracks. It measures approximately 3" across the top opening and is approximately 7/8" high. Though it has one small opening for use as an ashtray – the cup base sits inside perfectly making it a great coaster/cup combination.
