The Cookie Book - 250 Cookie & Small Cake Recipes

This vintage dessert cookbook is over half a century old - yet is still around full of delicious recipes to share with your family! Clulinary Arts Institute published the cookbook that has a 1950 copyright. It was edited by Ruth Berolzheimer, director of the Institute at the time this cookbook was published.

The book is divided into different types of cookies including Rolled Cookies, Filled Cookies, Molded Cookies, Refrigerator Cookies, Drop Cookies, and more.

The cookbook is in good overall condition. The cover has some minor wear to the edges and corners. The front cover also has a couple of diagonal creases across it. The lower inside corner of the back cover and a couple of the back pages has an oil type stain on them. It does not detract from the overall look of the cookbook. The cookbook has 48 pages.
