This is avery nice cookbook by Anne Stanton titled "Everybody Out Of The Kitchen!" The nice illustrations are by Harold Maples. The cookbook was written as a tribute to her father, John Nunn Parker, because of his antics in the kitchen. The copyright is 1971. Another nice feature of the cookbook - all of the recipes and instructions are written by hand - not type-set.
