This listing is for a vintage Simplicity Pattern.
The pattern is Simplicity Pattern #5931. It includes patterns for a pair of bell bottom pants, a shirt-jacket and a pant-skirt. The pattern is a Miss Size 12, Bust 34." The copyright date is 1973.
The pattern been used, but is in good condition. The envelope has some wear to the edges and corners, as well as, a few small tears.
Even if you don't sew, this pattern could be put in an open basket in a bedroom to add a nostalgic touch to the room!
