This is a nice vintage song book titled "The Hollywood Book – 60 Great Motion Picture Themes." The book includes a vocal album, words, music, ukulele and guitar chords. Hansen Publications, Inc. the book that has a copyright of 1961.

The song book is in good condition – inside and out. There is some surface wear to the cover, as well as, the edges and corners. The upper binding edge has a chip about 1/2" missing on the upper edge. The cover has become unattached to the inside book, however, the book portion is held together well. The interior is very clean with no writing on the music pages or dog-ears. The contents page (see photo 2) has some check marks and under-lining on it. I have attempted to erase these, however, not all marks would erase.
