34 More Hit Parade Extras - Song Folio - Music & Words

This is a nice vintage song book titled "34 More Hit Parade Extras – Song Folio." Mayfair Music Corporation of New York published the book that has a copyright of 1958.

The song book is in good condition – inside and out. There is some surface wear to the cover, as well as, the edges and corners. The binding edge has been reinforced with tape on the outside and inside to keep the cover from pulling through at the staples. There are a couple of check marks on the cover next to song titles and a stamp from T. H. Conn Music of Fort Worth Texas. The interior is very clean with no writing on the music pages or dog-ears. The contents page (see photo 2) has some checkmarks and under-lining on it. I have attempted to erase these, however, not all marks would erase.
