Beard On Pasta – Cookbook by James Beard - Recipes

This is a vintage cookbook titled “Beard On Pasta” by James Beard. Alfred A Knopf of New York, published the book that has a 1983 copyright. This is a First Edition. The nice illustrations in the book were done by Karl W. Stuecklen.

The book is in very good condition – inside and out. The hardback cover is in very good condition and has been well protected by the dust jacket. The outer dust jacket has wear on all edges and corners. There are also several small tears on the edges. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears.
