Southern Living - The Creole Cookbook - Cajun Recipes

This is another nice cookbook from the Southern Living collection. The cookbook is titled “The Creole Cookbook.” This is a First Edition with a 1979 copyright.

The book is in excellent condition – inside and out. The hard back cover is in very good condition with some minor wear to the edges and corners. There is also some light scuffing on the outer cover. The interior pages are “like new” clean – no writing or dog-ears. The book has 192 pages including the index.
