The Graham Kerr Cookbook by The Galloping Gourmet

We all remember The Galloping Gourmet – one of most popular cooking programs on television back in the 1970’s. This cookbook is titled “The Graham Kerr Cookbook by The Galloping Gourmet.” Doubleday & Company, Inc. of New York published the cookbook that has a copyright of 1966 and 1969. Included with the many recipes are several demonstration pictures.

Some of the recipes include:

* Shrimp in Sherry Sauce
* Braised Heart of Celery with Basil Butter
* Pears Dijonnaise
* Port and Mushroom Teko Teko

The book is in excellent condition – inside and out. The hard back cover is in very good condition with some minor wear to the edges and corners. The outer dust jacket is in good condition with some wear and small tears on the corners and edges. The inside edge of the dust jacket has been folded and has creases on it. The interior pages are “like new” clean – no writing or dog-ears. The book has 284 pages including the index.
