This is a very nice 2-book set titled “10,000 Garden Questions Answered by 20 Experts” by F. F. Rockwell. Double Day & Company, Inc. of Garden City, New York, published the books that have a 1944/1959 copyright. Some of the experts contributing to these books are T. H. Everett, R. S. Lemmon, Esther C. Grayson, Kathleen N. Marriage, H. Stuart Ortloff, P. J. McKenna and many others.

The both books are in excellent condition – inside and out. There is some minor wear to the binding edges of the hardback cover. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. Except for the minor wear mentioned, both books look almost new.
I would consider this set gift quality and would make a wonderful gift for some that loves to garden!
