The song book is in good condition – inside and out. The outer cover has wear to the edges and corners. The outer corners have also been bent at one time. The front cover also has some chipping on the surface. The title page has a dog-ear on the upper outside edge. The inside cover and title page also has some writing on them, however, all interior pages are very clean with no writing. The book has 144 pages.
