In plenty of time for the year-end holidays, I offer this book titled "Southern Living Party Cookbook” by the editors of Southern Living Magazine. It has complete menus and a guide to entertaining. This is a rare find – a First Edition – First Printing of this sought-after cookbook. The copyright is 1972.

Some of the chapters include Dispensing Southern Hospitality, Brunches, Fondue Parties, Traditional Holiday Dinners, Cheese and Wine, Potluck, and more.

Some of the recipes include Crab Casserole, Mediterranean Salad, Steak Au Poivre, Macaroon Pudding, Bacon-Chestnut Appetizers, Sliced Oranges Acapulco, Quick Streusel Coffee Bars, Cranberry-Lime Salad, Flemish Beef Ragout, California Stuffed Potatoes, Orange Carrots, Inland Paella, and many, many more.

This book is in very good condition – inside and out. Except for some minor wear on the corners of the cookbook, it looks brand new. The top binding edge does have a tear about ¼” deep. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. This is a very large cookbook with 442 pages including the indexes!
