The book includes a floor plan and step-by-step instructions and illustrations of the entire process of building new vacation or retirement house.

The book is in good condition – inside and out. The outer soft cover has some light wear on the edges and corners. The interior pages are very clean – no writing or dog-ears. There are some very light water stains on the outer edges of the book and one the first few inner pages. The stains are in the outer blank margin and do not detract from the book.
