The song book is in good condition – inside and out. There is some wear to the edges and corners of the cover. The interior pages are very clean with no writing or dog-ears. The book has 36 pages.

The music is in good condition – inside and out. There is some minor wear to the edges and corners. The interior is clean, however, there were several pencil notes written on the music. These have been erased but you can still see a light image of the notations.
