The book is in excellent condition – inside and out. The hardback cover is red in color and is in very good condition. The outer paper jacket has tears and chips as can be seen in the photo, however, it has done a good job at protecting the hardback cover. The interior pages are extremely clean – no writing or dog-ears. The book measures 5 1/4"x7 3/4” in size and has 76 pages
