This is a vintage cookbook titled “Choice Recipes and Menus Using Canned Foods. The cookbook was published by the Home Economics Section of the American Can Company of New York. There is no copyright date listed, but based on the illustrations, I am guessing it is from the 1950’s or earlier.
Some of the recipes include:

* Broiled Sardine Sandwich
* Casserole of Tomatoes and Cabbage
* Western Pancakes

The cookbook is in good condition. The binding edge of the cover has chip missing from the left side. There is a small tear on the binding edge that goes through all pages, however, it is in the margin and does not take away from the interior pages. The interior pages are very clean – no writing or dog-ears.
