The Sandwich Book by Ann Seranne & Eileen Gaden

This is a very nice cookbook titled “The Sandwich Book – The modern art of sandwich making for all occasions.” The book is written by Ann Seranne and Eileen Gaden. The cookbook has a copyright of 1964.

The chapters included are Luncheon Sandwiches and Fillings, Hot and Hearty Sandwiches, Picnic, Lunch Box and Barbecue Sandwiches and Party Sandwiches.

Some of the sandwiches include:

The cookbook is in excellent condition. The outer cover is in very good condition. The outer paper jacket has wear, some tears and chips on the edges. The interior pages are very clean – no writing or dog-ears. There are 151 pages including the index pages.
