This is a nice book of floor plans titled “Homes For Living Or Leisure” by Jim Walter Homes. The book was printed in August of 1970. The back page has a picture of the Jim Walter Corporation building in Tampa, Florida.
The book features different floor plans offered by the builder. There are several stamps on the book requesting that the buyer ask for S. D. (Sandy) Goodman – probably the sales person for the company. This book had been mailed to a Fort Worth address and has three nice six cent Eisenhower postage stamps on the back that are in very good condition.
The book is in very good condition – inside and out. The outer cover and pages have some light wear to the edges and corners. The interior pages are very clean but a few of the pages have some light pencil marks on them.
