This is a very nice cookbook titled The Second Ford Treasury of Favorite Recipes from Famous Eating Places. The book was compiled by Nancy Kennedy. The Art Director was Arthur Lougee. The book has a copyright of 1954.
This little cookbook is a real collectible for someone that enjoys cooking and eating out at some of the best restaurants across the U.S. Each page gives the name and location of a famous eatery and one of the recipes from that restaurant. The illustrations on each page are very interesting, as well.

The cookbook is in excellent condition inside and out. The outer cover has some wear to the corners and binding edges. The interior pages are very clean with no writing or dog-ears. Two pages in the book have dog-ears, but have been straightened and lay flat. There are 153 pages including the index pages. The book measures approximately 7 1/4x5 in size.
