This is a very nice cookbook titled “The Illustrated Book of Hors d’Oeuvres” by Lucy G. Allen. The book includes over 260 tempting recipes for canapés, spreads, savories and other hors d’oeuvres and how to serve them. The copyright is 1941.

The outer dust jacket has wear on the edges and tears at the binding edge. The interior pages are “like new” clean – no writing or dog-ears. The book has 141 pages including the index.
