This is a very nice cookbook titled “Helen Corbitt’s Greenhouse Cookbook – Elegant, slimming meals from the famous Texas health spa.” The illustrations are by Jean Meyer. The cookbook has a copyright of 1979.

The book is in excellent condition – inside and out. The hardback cover is in very good condition with some very minor wear to the edges. The dust jacket has wear to the edges and corners. The jacket also has two places with surface damage. The interior pages are “like new” clean – no writing or dog-ears. The book has 195 pages including the index.
