THIS ROYAL SOCIETY OF CROCHET INSTRUCTION Book features patterns for hot dish mats, bedspreads, chair sets, table covers, scarfs, luncheon sets. It is book # 38 and copyright 1935. There are 16 pages of patterns from a great era of crochet, and all of them useable today. SIZE is 7 1/2" X 11". CONDITION is Good with some crinkles from use, but not tears. Also, first owner wrote her name on front cover.

THIS CARDBOARD BOX of Solitaire Whole Cinnamon was packed by the Morey Mercantile Company of Denver, Colorado. They were a grocery warehouse and supplier there starting in the early 1900's. It has never been used and the cinnamon sticks are inside. SIZE IS 5" LONG. CONDITION is very good. There is one spot on the left end where a half inch of surface paper has been removed from a price sticker or something. Like unique spice items? This one is for you!

THIS SOLITAIRE THYME SPICE TIN was packed by the Morey Mercantile Company of Denver, Colorado. They started selling spices and grocery items in the early 1900's from a warehouse in Denver. The Solitaire logo changed a few times, starting with a solitaire diamond on the label. This metal Thyme spice tin is from their later years, before going out of business. THIS RED OWL SPICE CONTAINER is an early one as it is cardboard. It says Dehydrated Parsley Flakes, Red Owl Stores, Minneapolis, Minnesota. On the back of the container is a list of suggested uses for the Parsley Flakes. SIZE is: 3" X 2". It is in very good CONDITION, though the top has some rust around the pry off oval metal lid. Great addition to the Red Owl collection!

THIS COCA COLA BOTTLING PLANT SOUVENIR FOLDER was given out when you toured the Coke Bottling that used to be in your neighborhood. It is the shape of a wooden Coke tray with 4 six pack of coca-cola inside. The covers are almost a vinyl material and there are 9 pages describing the functions of all the machines at the plant. SIZE is 4" X 6". CONDITION is EXCELLENT.
