THIS VINTAGE ELGIN AMERICAN COMPACT IS A UNIQUE three tone color contrasting gold and silver on the outside. It has slanted corners to accent the neat color design. Inside, the mirror has age line shadows top to bottom. It has been used as obvious by powder puff showing some wear and that section needing a refill. Rouge is still pretty full. SIZE is 2 1/2" X 2 1/2".

THIS LOVELY VINTAGE LADIES COMPACT IS BY REX, FIFTH AVENUE. It is a large round compact with a neat floral arrangement on the lid. The base has circular swirls. Inside find the large mirror with a few slight age (glue) shadows. The powder and puff have been used. SIZE is 4" diameter. CONDITION on outside:slight wear on ring pattern on base as well as some slight scuffs on floral enamel top.

THIS UNIQUE VINTAGE LADIES COMPACT WAS MADE BY CLARICE JANE. IT HAS A LOVELY OVAL FRONT WITH SLANTED corners at the back. Silver and gold meat with a stripe in the center. Inside there is a rouge section which has never been used. The powder section has never had powder and has a sticker that tells you where to order the powder from Clarice, at Elgin, Illinois. THIS VINTAGE COMPACT BY LANGLOIS HAS BEEN AROUND AND SEEN MANY A PRETTY FACE. It has a small cameo sort of basket in the center lid. Inside the mirror has a crackle line in the upper right corner, a cute rouge door, lipstick storage place, and powder compact. No puff. It has wear on the outside. Hard to get a good picture to show this exactly. Small sticker on bottom says Radience lipstick, Radience Rouge. SIZE is 2" X 3 1/4".

THIS VINTAGE ELGIN AMERICAN LADIES MAKEUP COMPACT IS JUST LOVELY. It is a small square compact with a floral design etched on the lid. The mirror is still very good. The puff has hardly been used and the powder is mostly there yet. I would like to say this is perfect, but never do that.
