THIS RARE, UNIQUE NEEDLECRAFT INSTRUCTION BOOK used the name D'Oyleys, which is the french predecessor for our Doilies word. It was printed in 1914 by the King's Needlecraft and Lace Studio, Springfield, Ill.There are 32 pages with doily projects. CONDITION is fair. Someone put three pieces of paper tape at back edge. CONDITION is Fair, with the Cover torn an inch at top and bottom, another tear about that long in middle of front outside edge, as well as one on back cover. Inside is good with all the instructions in good condition.

It has basic crochet stitches, plus directions for filet crochet, edgings, insertions, There are 30 pages. It was published in 1925. SIZE is 8" X 10". CONDITION is good. Someone placed a bit of beige paper tape on back edge at some time, though I don't think it was necessary. Corners are worn and bent a bit.
