Hand Decorated Ladies Hosiery Bag

THIS VINTAGE LADIES ACCESSORY HOSIERY BAG HAS LOVELY embroidered roses of many colors on the outside. The fabric is a soft black material, almost silk or poly in nature. The inside fabric is off white and very light weight lining material. There is a black cord all around the outside edge with a loop on each corner for hanging, I presume. And there is some lightweight puffy material in between the fabrics to make it fluffier in appearance. Though I can not be certain, this may be totally handmade. I purchased it in England, so I assume it was made there.
