THIS RARE, UNIQUE NEEDLECRAFT INSTRUCTION BOOK used the name D'Oyleys, which is the french predecessor for our Doilies word. It was printed in 1914 by the King's Needlecraft and Lace Studio, Springfield, Ill.There are 32 pages with doily projects. CONDITION is fair. Someone put three pieces of paper tape at back edge. Cover is not torn off, but quite worn on back edge and there is a piece missing at top edge. The bottom right corner on the cover and pages have a tear and some have bends. There is a dirty spot at top edge of most pages.
