SIZE is 9 1/2" X 12". CONDITION is fair. The cover has some wormwood damage around edges, slight age discoloration stains, and back edge is torn and partially loose from the body of the book. There is wormwood damage in the form of a small hole in the first two pages, but the rest of the pages are in very good condition. Keep in mind that this is 100 years old and the cover paper was a more fragile type and succumbed to age a bit more.
