THIS VINTAGE CROCHET AND KNITTING PATTERN INSTRUCTION BOOK FEATURES GIFTS. It is Book No. 226 by Clark's and J&P Coats. Printed in 1945, it has 24 pages with lots of great gifts ideas: Hot plate mats, frilly doily, crochet baby blanket, more pot holders, loopy dog, pincushions, flower basket, crocheted apron, bag, belt, scuffs, dickey with crochet edge, bed socks, bed jacket, hanger cover, curtain pulls, luncheon set, glass jackets, knitted luncheon set, round doily, etc. Book is in fairly good condition with evidence of use in that there is wear on back edge of cover, slight crinkles, as well as Monica's name in small handwriting in upper left hand corner of outside cover.
