A very pleasing appearance on this small squat vase/ewer. Some of the finest porcelain ever produced was created by these Japanese artists. The light green to green to brown to tan background is covered with a beautiful floral design and accented with gold trim. There is some minor wear on the handle but otherwise this piece is in near mint condition. Signed on the bottom "Hand Painted" this piece was produced prior to 1922. Rare old imperial small dish, hand painted. Beautiful example of early Nippon that dates prior to 1921. Green tones with raised dots and flowers all hand painted. Marked in blue stamp on the back with mark #38 "Imperial Nippon Hand Painted" with the Nippon logo. Measures 3.25" across by 1.25" high. Condition is excellent. No cracks or chips. Offering this set of 3 demitasse cups & saucers and the demitasse coffee pot. The pot background has a luster pearl like look with a purple base and cover and beautiful gold trim throughout. The transfer picture on the pot matches that on the cups and also the saucers. The bottom is simply marked "Japan". The pot measures 8 inches high by 7 1/4 inches across and all items are in excellent condition.
