Fire King by Anchor Hocking produced this jade-ite color coffee mug with the D shaped handle, that came as a pair with the 5 inch cereal bowl. They came in many colors between 1942 and 1976. A small Fenton hobnail opalescent sugar & creamer in turquoise. Produced prior to the 1970's. It is a small set that measures 2 inches high and the sugar and creamer are 2 inches across not counting the handles.
