This is a celluloid doll marked on the back "Made in Occupied Japan". It also has a 3 leaf clover with an "S" in the middle logo. Doll has moveable arms and legs and stands 12 inches high. There is some flesh color loss and a dent in the plastic on the forehead (see photo) and in the back of the head about the same. There is also an 1/8 inch hole in the head on the back. When these figures were first introduced in the 1980's I thought they were the most adorable figures. The four larger ones in the background all have movable arms, legs and head. All original "Cabbage Patch Kids" which is marked on all. They are made of rubber and are all in excellent condition from a non smoking home. The larger set measure approx. 4 inches. Offering these 3 older dolls. The center doll is a Ginny and the twin end dolls are very similar to Storybook Dolls. There was a producer who made composition dolls with the eyes all facing to the right. I believe this is that doll maker. In any event all three dolls are being offered as one listing. One of the many dolls I have listed is this 1950's Madame Alexander doll that is a 14 inch Maggie Walker. The doll by itself is in near mint condition. What I am not sure of is if the dress is original as I am unable to find a tag on it and as far as I know Madame Alexander tagged their dresses. From the 1950's is this elegant Cissy doll by Madame Alexander. She is a 19" doll with all original outfit. Starting with her hair it is in the same shipping condition.
