In 1939 this adorable pair of salt & pepper pots were first introduced by the Beswick Co. This series lasted until 1973 and was modeled by Mr. Watkin. From the Dickens characters Sairey Gamp for the pepper & Mr. Micawber for the salt. They are in excellent condition. They do however have some age crazing. They are marked on the bottom with the early Beswick mark. The tallest measures at 3 1/2 inches. A great old collectible for any Beswick or salt and pepper collector.

The spoon area looks like a hand in the front and the yellow area that holds the shakers, the collar of the chef. Very attractive.
