From the 1800's is this pair of eyeglasses Pince Nez Lorgnette which means pinch nose glasses. They are 10k. gold framed with small padding in the nose area. They are however missing one lens as that side of the frame has separated. They came in this metal case with purple lining but I do not believe this is the original case for these glasses. And the case may have had a covering over the metal but that has either worn away or removed.
