This is the most lovable pair of birds that I could not refuse to buy so as to list them. They are in bisque Porcelain off white with yellow beaks. For lack of a better name I will call them the chick-a-dee birds in love. They are in perfect condition and measure 3.75" across by 2.5" high by 2.5" deep. Offering this hand painted floral scene vase that was produced by Heinrich & Co. of Selb Bavaria. It bears the green mark of a crown and "H & Co. Selb Bavaria" that dates the piece to the 1930's. The base and rim have a gold trim that is showing only minor wear. This finely crafted small porcelain basket was made in England by Carlton Ware. It bears the mark that dates the piece between 1929 and 1972. I am not sure of the pattern but it has the same outside base deep reddish color and glaze as Rouge Royale.
