Vintage postcard from about 1920 by H.J.Burrowes Co. of Portland, Maine showing an outside scene of a small coal town. The Howard Coal Co. store in the scene I believe was in Indian Creek, Pa.. It was about that time when this card company starting producing these cards from glass plates that were purchased from the Thompson Art Co.
