Very unusual shaped Murano piece. I do not have any idea as to what it was made for if anything. It has the original red & gold sticker that reads "Lavorazione Arte Murano made in Italy" that I would date to the 1970's. The base is 5 1/2 inches across and is 5 inches high. Another Murano example of more recent times. Not very old but just as beautiful is this Yellow glass candy/nut or whatever you wish to use it for dish. It has 2 crimped sides with a scallop around the reat of the rim. There are white, red and blue swirls of color in the glass. Measures 6.25" across by 2.75" high. 2 very attractive Murano blown glass vases in black & clear with silver flecks. A style of silver flecks used by Murano approx. in the 1970's. Offering this apple shaped clear crystal paperweight with New York etched in the class. It has a cluster of bubbles in the glass. On the base is a very small partial chip.
