Offering this flow blue plate from Burslem England in the Staffordshire area known as Stoke-on-Trent. The pattern is Astoria and it bears a mark of Wood & Son that was the forerunner of New Wharf Pottery that dates the piece between 1891 & 1907. New Wharf Pottery was in operation between 1878 to 1894. Although the mark is of Wood & Son the name in the ribbon is New Wharf Pottery. Wood & Sons operated between 1865 & 2005. From Staffordshire England comes this rare Transferware Teapot by Myott in the pattern The Brook. c1970's. It measures 7" high including the lid by 9" across including the handle and spout. It is in perfect condition. Base is shown in my photo but the word "ENGLAND" is in the mold on the base but cannot be seen from the photo. Blue green backgound with gold trim and multi colored flowers this mint condition plate measures 10 inches across at the handle portion. It is marked "Bethany Made in Staffordshire England Fine Bone China".
