Lovely Roseville vase. Columbine pattern that was produced starting in 1941. The Roseville co. made fine art pottery from 1892 until 1954 and is highly valued by collectors. This is a vase measuring 3 3/4 inches high by 4 1/2 inches across at the widest part of the bottom . It is marked on the bottom "Roseville U.S.A. 656-3" and is in excellent condition. Old and all original kerosene lantern made in Holland. The 3 piece set stands only 8 1/2 inches high and the shade measures 6 1/2 inches across. It is a working lantern but has never been used. It is marked, in blue on the bottom "Delpts Bleu Handpainted for DeWit Stores Aruba Made in Holland". Also in blue on the bottom is the number "1496". It is in excellent condition but one of the prongs that hold the glass portion has been repaired...

Old spatterwear decanter incised on the bottom but very difficult to read "Mohawk R-4 Liquour". I also believe two other letters on the base are US, but cannot be positive. The decanter measures approx. 10 inches tall with the stopper by 5 1inches across at the handle. There is some slight discoloration and crazing but otherwise the overall condition is excellant. I cannot identify the maker but estimate the piece to be definately pre 1920...

Dutch figures in blues and yellows and whites on a green base and green wishing well by Shawnee. A great example of the quality pottery that was made by this fine company. Shawnee Pottery Co. was in existence from 1937 to 1961 in Zanesville, Ohio, home of many fine pottery companies. This planter measures 8 1/2 inches across by 5 1/2 inches high and is 3 inches in depth. Condition is near mint. Marked on the bottom in raised letters "Shawnee U.S.A.". It also has the incised number "710"...
All Items : Pottery and Stoneware : Rum Rill : Pre 1940 item #375490 (stock #VPRR194)
Al's Past Treasures
$95.00
Beautiful example of Rum Rill Pottery. This company was only in existence for a very few years, from approx. 1933 to 1942. Their pieces were made by Florence Pottery, Shawnee and Red Wing from their Rum Rill molds until they went out of business. This is a very attactive vase, planter in shades of green with a matte finish. The design is very appealing with lines and swirls and very delicate handles. It measures 4 1/2 inches high by 7 inches across and is in near mint condition...
