Produced in 1952 this Zippo lighter is advertising "Crosley Miami Valley Distributing Co. HE1135". The Miami Valley Co. of Dayton Ohio was born in 1947 to distribute the Crosley appliances and products. This lighter has seen very little use and is in near mint condition. My scan was unable to show the markings on this Slim Line Zippo lighter from 1961. It reads in black lettering "Governors' Conference 53rd Annual Meeting Honolulu, Hawaii June 25-28, 1961". All the lettering is in black and complete. The only reason I can give for it not showing up is that the lighter has a polished finish and I have had this same problem with others similar.
