This is a fabulous centerpiece bowl from the Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik Co. of Geislingen Germany. Hallmarked "WMFM zg". I date this piece to approx. 1890. The floral design on the plate is beautifully done in 3 rings and the applied handles have an angle with wings design.
