Being offered here a pair of vintage 1950's to 60's cufflinks in that wrap around style that was very popular then. Centered is an oval marbled stone in green shades surrounded by a rectangular gold toned section with a rope twist boarder that measures 3/4" x 5/8". Mesh wrap around strap. These cufflinks were hand made and marked "TAXCO 925 MEXICO MPL". They also have the Mexican silver fineness logo. This style logo of an eagle was used between 1948 & 1955 and has the number 3 inside which states that Taxco was where they were made. Unusual design. I am not sure how the colored section was added.
