An unusual but beautiful pin/brooch that is signed "Lisner". Lisner produced fine jewelry from 1904 to the 1980's. This piece dates to about 1960. The overall shape is that of a leaf and has 12 larger light blue glass stones and 11 Chaton cut light blue crystals. The glass stones are frosted and with the foil backing and the blue glass combine to produce a glowing silver blue effect that my scan cannot copy. Setting is silver toned and in excellent condition.
