Vintage miniature Colonlial Dresser Jewelry/Music box
This offering is for a very beautiful vanity jewelry/music box that is shaped like a Colonial Style Dresser with 7 drawers. All drawers are very well constructed similar to the one photographed with the blue green soft material and all are in excellent condition. The overall size of the dresser minus the mirror is 12" across by 9" high and is 6" deep. Plenty of storage for your jewelry. And if you partially pull out the bottom right drawer (shown in photo) it will play "Oh How We Danced on the Night We Were Wed". The notes are clear and strong. The top section is a mirror free from any blemishes and clear. That section measures 10" across by 7" high and is 3/4" deep. The dresser, dresser drawers, mirror and music box are all in very fine condition. The only thing I see is that the drawer brass hardware is tarnished. If this was on my vanity it would be left in that condition as that is the beauty of being a vintage item, the look of age. No missing parts or damage and all wood quality made construction. I estimate the age of this piece to be about the early 1950's. The mirror can easilly be removed as it is only attached by 2 wing nuts. This will make for better shipping protection.
