SHELLEY COFFEE CUP & SAUCER PATTERN VIOLETS

A smaller than normal size and what I would call in between a demitasse and regular Shelley cup & saucer in the Violets pattern. Shelley is known as the elite and most collectible in English Bone China. This beautiful set has purple flowers and delicate lavender trim and handle. I cannot identify the shape but it is very similar to the dainty but without the flute shape. Beside the Shelley logo and pattern name on the bottom is the number 13821 which dates this pattern between 1946/56. The cup measures 2 3/8 inches high and 2 3/8 inches across at the opening. The saucer measures 4 7/8 inches across. Cup and saucer are in mint condition. Shipping to anywhere in the United States is $9.00 plus insurance if desired.
