Offering this signed watercolor painting of 3 boats at anchor. The painting measures 5 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches and with the frame and matting is 12 inches by 14 1/2 inches. It is protected by a glass cover. I am not able to determine who the artist is. The picture and frame are in excellent condition. I am listing a second painting by this same talented artist and would welcome any information on this artist. Shipping weight would be approx. 4 pounds.
