Nancy Ann Bisque Storybook Doll No.87 Bridesmaid

Nancy Ann Abbott was the creator of these adorable little dolls. They were made between 1936 and 1960. This doll however was produced between 1936 and 1942. She is a bisque doll with painted on face and painted black shoes. Jointed arms and legs. Wearing a very beautiful white lace dresswith a lace border and a cluster of light pink flowers on her chest. The dress is attached with a brass snap in the back. On her wrist is the gold tag that reads "Storybook Dolls by Nancy Ann No.87 Bridesmaid". As with all Nancy Ann dolls she has on her white pantaloons undergarment and also off white satin type under slip. On her red hair is a lace bonnet with the same light pink flower cluster. She is a 5.5 inch doll in excellent condition. Doll has been stored in a glass enclosed showcase from a smoke free home. See my other doll listings. No box.
